Description

Venom is a Mythical Natural-type Devil Fruit costing 3,000,000 Beli or 2,450 Robux, making it the priciest Mythical Natural fruit. It lets the user coat the battlefield in corrosive poisonous sludge that deals relentless tick damage. Key moves include Poisonous Daggers, a rain of venomous blades that creates spreading miasma puddles, and Wrath of the Snake, an accelerating flight ability that continuously poisons anything it passes through. Filling the Fury Meter unlocks a fearsome transformation into a three-headed hydra, granting 62.5% damage reduction and amplified poison effects. Venom is not currently awakenable. In PvP, its DoT easily interrupts stall moves used by fruits like Dough and T-Rex, and instinct-drain forces opponents into punishable positions. For grinding and sea events it rivals Magma for raw tick-damage output, and its transformation AoE makes it exceptionally effective in raids.

Moves & Abilities

10 moves
Abilities
Z
Poison Daggers
Mastery 1

The user fires a barrage of poisonous blades in the direction of the cursor, stunning any enemy in the attack if multiple blades simultaneously hit the target, and leaving puddles of venom on the ground if used close enough to it. Holding this move will make the user launch more blades. This move is similar to Dragon C, Light X (unawakened) and Magma Z.

X
Noxious Shot
Mastery 100

The user gathers venom in their hands, creating a big poison ball. The user then launches three bolts of venom at the same time in the direction of the cursor, which explode and leave multiple puddles of Venom Miasma on the ground if used close enough to it. Any enemy who got hit by the explosion will be poisoned and their screen will be distorted for a short period of time. This ability has aim-assist/auto-aim.

C
Toxic Fog
Mastery 200

The user produces a deadly smoke, surrounding them completely until its duration ends. The smoke will continually damage the opponent (5-6 ticks) if they stay within the proximity of the Venom user. Interestingly, once the opponent is damaged by only one tick of this move, or damaged until the smoke ends, they will still take poison damage, meaning that this move inflicts extra poison damage (3-4 ticks), which is pretty much similar to the [X] move.

V
Transformation
Mastery 300

The user gathers a large amount of venom and then transforms, taking the form of a giant three-headed draconic monster, resembling a hydra. This move tremendously boosts damage for all of its attacks in the moveset, and massively increases poison damage (from puddles). Additionally, all of Venom's moves gain a different color scheme. This move grants the user 50% defense against all attacks, and is immune to basic LMB attacks from NPCs (note that players could still hit the user with M1s). The user also gains a jump boost, but their dash distance and walking speed is significantly reduced. While transformed, the user cannot use any other moves and attacks besides Venom's. This move consumes 15% of the Fury Meter.

F
Serpent’s Wrath
Mastery 50

The user surrounds themselves with venom that resembles a long serpent before beginning to fly. The user's movement speed is quite slow in this form, but their speed increases as their health gets lower. Anyone who goes through the serpent will take continual poison damage. When the user stops holding the [F] key, it creates a small purple explosion, dealing AoE damage and high poison tick damage. This move lasts for 40 seconds.

Moveset (Transformed)
Z
Poison Daggers
Mastery 1

The user fires a barrage of venom projectiles. This time, the user is able to shoot more projectiles, deal more damage and leave much more puddles on the ground. This move also has a larger hitbox and longer range. This move consumes 7.5% of the Fury Meter.

X
Noxious Shot
Mastery 100

The user gathers a large amount of venom, creating a large sphere of poison. The user then spits out three bolts of venom at the same time in the direction of the cursor, which explode and leave multiple puddles of Venom Miasma on the ground. Any enemy who got hit by the explosion will have their screen distorted and will be poisoned, dealing four ticks of damage. This version has bigger hitbox and longer range, while also retaining it's aim assist/auto-aim feature. This move consumes 10% of the Fury Meter.

C
Toxic Fog
Mastery 200

The user breathes out a massive cloud of venomous gas that surrounds the player and deals massive damage to anyone in its radius. Players who are inside the fog and are taking damage will be unable to Dashing

V
Transformation
Mastery 300

The user absorbs the venom in a sphere and returns back to their human form, regaining the ability to use their Fighting Style, Sword and Gun.

F
Serpent's Wrath
Mastery 50

The user surrounds themselves with venom that resembles a long serpent before taking to the sky. This time, the serpent is much larger, and moves much faster based on how much damage the user has taken in total. Three smaller dragon heads spin around the serpent. Once the user hits a target or stops pressing F, the serpent explodes, dealing damage and leaving a poison puddle if near the ground. The three heads will also be released, homing in on any nearby targets and dealing more damage. Unlike the untransformed version of this move, moving into the enemy while using this move does not affect them with the poisonous effect. This move lasts for 10 seconds. This move consumes 5% of the Fury Meter. * Note: Only one target per head, if there’s only one enemy near, one head will target them, and the other two will despawn after they hit the ground.

Pros

15
  • All moves can break Instinct, excluding [V].
  • Extremely low cooldowns.
  • Very versatile, fits/pairs almost every playstyle/weapons, and counters most fruits.
  • Extremely good for close-range battles in an enclosed space (just like in the source material) even compared to other fruits, as two of its moves work best in close proximity, and the poisonous puddles that deal damage over time are extremely powerful.
  • Works well on both air and ground combats.
  • Puddles of Poison passive can drain Instinct dodges, making the Instinct of enemies nearly useless against Venom.
  • Venom puddles stay on the ground for 10 seconds, giving enough time for the user's cooldowns to regenerate while keeping the enemy at bay.
  • Its high damage output with a lack of knockback makes it extremely useful for grinding.
  • Decent stun.
  • Decent range.
  • Relatively low cooldown.
  • Auto-aims to the nearest enemy. (Must be pointing in the direction where the enemy is)
  • Good hitbox.
  • Causes enemy vision to be distorted.
  • Hitbox is much better than visuals.

Cons

15
  • Passive Puddles are useless while in the air.
  • All moves have limited range and are somewhat slow.
  • Fury meter charges passively, meaning it does not increase by dealing damage.
  • Poison effect from three moves do not stack, meaning, if a player get the [X] move poison effect while having [F] or [C] poison effect, the new effect will cancel the old one and vice versa.
  • Individual blades have low damage.
  • Might be difficult to hit fast-moving targets from afar.
  • Bad range.
  • Certain combos can prevent the enemy player from taking damage, such as Godhuman C.
  • Requires full Fury Meter in order to transform.
  • The user cannot use Fighting styles, Swords and Guns.
  • Can only fly for a certain period of time.
  • Having low health giving a speed boost isn't really that useful in some situations.
  • Speed and dash distance are nerfed in the transformed state.
  • Hard to see over the body model without instinct.
  • Bigger hitbox, making attacks easier to hit on the user while transformed.

Trivia

10
  • 1Transformation model was made by Mary (@Marubravery on X).
  • 2Venom is the only fruit that starts with the letter "V".
  • 3Venom faces severe opposition from a fruit right next to it in rarity, being Gas.
  • 4Gas has superior visuals, nearly identical transformation type, only having much high mobility, and better attacks. Largely overshadowing Venom.
  • 5Venom shares similarities with Magma, as both have abilities that create puddles that cause damage over time. Their damage stacks as well (However with some exceptions), making them deal incredible amounts of damage.
  • 6The transformation works similarly to the Awakened Buddha, gaining reduced dash and acceleration buffs from accessories.
  • 7Sometimes, transformed only does one cycle of poison damage. This is a very old, unpatched bug.
  • 8Despite Venom having a transformation and having a Meter mechanic, it is not a Beast fruit, making it the first and only Natural fruit with a transformation and a meter mechanic.
  • 9Likewise, it does not turn the player into venom, it just uses venom in the form of attacks, along with the ability to encase oneself in it.
  • 10it is not based off of an animal, rather, a natural substance, hence why Venom is not a Beast or Elemental fruit.

Venom — In-Depth Analysis

Venom sits in an awkward spot right now — a Natural-type Beast fruit that's playable but criminally outdated, hovering around B-tier in PvP and mid in grinding. The Z and X moves still feel sluggish, the hitboxes are inconsistent, and the awakened Sea Beast Summon is more meme than menace. But here's why every serious trader is hoarding Permanent Venom right now: the Update 30 rework is officially confirmed, with leaks pointing to a poison-stack passive, new vertical mobility, and a full visual overhaul targeting late May to July 2026. Trade values have already climbed roughly 25% since the roadmap dropped, and Permanents are getting locked in vaults across every major trading server.

For the toxic-zone playstyle, run Cyborg V4 for the 17.5% damage reduction inside your venom pools, paired with Cursed Dual Katana for the dragon-claw burst combo that finishes anyone you've already chip-damaged. Serpent Bow is the gun pick — its tracking arrows let you zone reset when opponents try to dash out of your puddles. Awaken Z first (cheapest at 500 frags, biggest combo upgrade), then V for the ranged confirm.

Venom is in-stock at the Blox Fruit Dealer for 3,000,000 Beli or 2,450 Robux — buy the Beli version if you grind, the Robux one if you're flipping. Current trade value sits around two solid Mythicals like Dough or Buddha; predicted post-rework values push it toward Leopard-adjacent territory if the poison passive ships as leaked. Buy now, hold through the patch, sell the hype spike.
