Blot has the lowest Skill Check a playable Toon can have, 1 star, a window of only 50 units that he shares with Cosmo, Shrimpo and Bassie. Everything around that flaw is built to compensate. He has 5 Stamina, 4 Movement Speed, and he is immune to Ichor puddles, so he is a runner who never gets slowed down by the floor. Stealth is 3 and Extraction Speed is 2. His active, Blot Jr., drops a decoy with 1 Heart that attracts nearby Twisteds, costs 10 Tapes and has a 60 second cooldown. The cost rises by another 10 Tapes for each extra Blot on the team, so one per team is the practical limit. Blot is a Regular Toon with 15 stars and no Research requirement, but he is not cheap: 3,000 Ichor plus every Mastery Quest on both Looey and Yatta. His Rare Twisted drops Mime Makeup, a trinket that stops failed Skill Checks from alerting Twisteds, which fits his weak window better than any stat trinket would.
