Rodger

Rodger is the Toon you bring when you want to open the Twisted collection faster. Detective doubles the Research he earns from Capsules and from encountering Twisteds, and since 100% Research unlocks a Twisted's trinket and many Toons demand 50% or 100% to be bought, he shortens the whole unlock path. His sheet backs a careful style: Extraction Speed 4 is one of four playable 4s, at 1.20 units per second, while Movement Speed 2 is among the slowest, so he does not run so much as work. Skill Check, Stamina and Stealth are 3. He has no active ability. Getting him costs 1,000 Ichor and 50% Research on any Twisted, so you only need to have played a little. Twisted Rodger is Uncommon and drops Magnifying Glass, a trinket that adds slightly more completion on a successful Skill Check but cuts the window by 33%, which suits a Toon who sits at a machine. Research Map, which highlights Research Capsules, is another natural partner for his role.
