Flutter is built for crossing a floor in a hurry. Movement Speed 4 and Stamina 4 mean she runs fast and for long, and Floaty Dash adds a short burst, a dash that drastically raises her speed for 0.75 seconds on a 45 second cooldown. That is an escape tool for a bad corner, not a way to cross the whole map. She is also immune to Ichor puddles, so spills never slow her. Her weaknesses sit in the machine stats: Skill Check 2 and Extraction Speed 2 make her a poor worker, and Stealth 3 is only average, which means Twisteds notice her at a normal distance while she is already sprinting. She is a good decoy and runner for a team with strong extractors. Unlocking her costs 1,300 Ichor and 100% Research on Twisted Flutter, which is the harder part because it needs many capsules. Her Twisted is Rare and its trinket, Diary, increases Stealth by 25%, covering the one spot where her kit is thin.
