Dandy

Dandy cannot be played by regular users, and that is the whole story of his entry. The wiki states that he is only playable to developers, so no Ichor price, Research bar or Mastery Quest unlocks him, and the obtainable flag here is false. His sheet is a joke on the stat system: Skill Check, Movement Speed, Stamina, Stealth and Extraction Speed are all 5, which adds up to 25 stars, ten more than a regular Toon and nine more than a Main. His only ability, Dandy's World, is a passive described as the star of the show, with no effect to calculate. What you can interact with is his Twisted. Twisted Dandy has the Lethal rarity, and encountering it is a requirement for Astro, who asks you to meet Twisted Dandy before buying him. At 100% Research on it, the trinket is Dandy Plush, which gives a 50% discount on all items in Dandy's Shop. He has 3 skins listed, and his role for players is as a boss to learn, not a Toon to pick.
