Toodles

Toodles is the cheapest unlock after the 100 Ichor entries (Shrimpo and the starter you skip), at 350 Ichor plus surviving 15 Floors, and he is built to teach you which stats matter. Everything is 3 except Stealth 4 and Extraction Speed 2, so he is a quiet, balanced Toon who is a bit slow on machines. Beginner's Luck is his active: roll for a 15% boost to a random stat that lasts 10 seconds, on a 25 second cooldown, tied with Scraps for the second shortest among actives. The roll can land on Skill Check, speed, stamina, stealth or extraction, so you cannot plan around it, but you can use it every time you reach a machine or start a run. Pebble asks for every Mastery Quest on him, so he is the first step toward a Main. His Twisted is Uncommon and drops Dog Plush, which raises walk speed by 10%, covering the stat his ability does not control. He suits new players who want an ability without any Tape cost.
