Dandy's World Tier List: All 40 Toons Ranked by Stats (October 2026)

Guide
By RBLXGUIDESunday, October 25, 202620 min read

Quick Summary

Every Toon ranked by a stat formula printed in full, from Gourdy at 31.5 down to Shrimpo at 9, with the five stats of all 42 Toons in one table.

Dandy's World tier list: how this ranking works

This Dandy's World tier list ranks 40 of the game's 42 Toons by their stats, using a formula that is printed in full below. It is a ranking built from data, not from opinion and not from in-game runs. Every number comes from the Dandy's World Wiki's Toon pages as of version Alpha 0.29.10 (October 23, 2026), so you can rebuild any score with a calculator. The two Toons left out are Dandy and Dyle, who are developer characters that the wiki says players can't use in normal matches.

The short answer: Gourdy tops the list at 31.5, followed by a three-way tie at 29 between Shelly, Soulvester and Vee. Waxwell, the newest Toon, lands in A tier at 27.5. Shrimpo is last by a wide margin: the wiki's ability text says to play him only if you want a challenge, and he has one star in every stat.

If you want to know what a star is worth in real units, jump to the stat section. If you only want the ranking, the tier tables come first.

The formula

Every Toon has five stats, each rated from 1 to 5 stars. The score for a Toon is:

Score = 2 x Skill Check + 2 x Extraction Speed + 1.5 x Movement Speed + 1.5 x Stealth + 1 x Stamina + Ability points

Ability points work like this:

  • 3 points if the Toon has an Active or Toggle ability with a listed cooldown of 45 seconds or less.
  • 2 points if the Toon has an Active ability with a longer cooldown, or one with no cooldown listed.
  • 1 point if the Toon has only Passive abilities.

Tiers are cut at fixed scores: S is 29 or more, A is 27 to 28.5, B is 26 to 26.5, C is 25 to 25.5, D is anything lower down to 20, and F is below 20.

Here is the formula run on Gourdy, who has Skill Check 5, Movement 4, Stamina 1, Stealth 1 and Extraction 5. That is 10 + 10 + 6 + 1.5 + 1 = 28.5 from stats. His Trick or Treat ability has a 35 second cooldown, which earns 3 points, so the total is 31.5. Run Waxwell the same way: 10 for Skill Check, 4 for Extraction, 7.5 for Movement, 3 for Stealth and 1 for Stamina gives 25.5, plus 2 for Ignite's 60 second cooldown, for 27.5.

Why these weights

The weights are a choice, not game data, and you should say so before arguing with the order. Skill Check and Extraction Speed count double because between them they set how fast a Machine fills, and filling Machines is the objective of every floor. Movement Speed and Stealth sit at 1.5 because they decide whether a Toon survives a Twisted. Stamina counts once because the wiki's stat table shows it adds only 25 per star, running from 100 at one star to 200 at five.

The ability points are deliberately crude. A cooldown number says how often an ability can fire, not how good it is. Astro's Nap Time restores Stamina to nearby Toons and has a 60 second cooldown, so it earns 2 points. Goob's Hug! has a 30 second cooldown and earns 3. The formula has no idea which of those a team needs. Treat the ability column as a tiebreaker, not a verdict.

What a star is actually worth

Stars are not the same size in every stat. The wiki's Statistics page gives the real values:

  • Skill Check: the window grows by 50 per star, from 50 to 250. The golden-zone value goes from 1 to 3.
  • Movement Speed: walking goes from 10 to 20 and running from 20 to 30, in steps of 2.5.
  • Stamina: 100, 125, 150, 175, 200.
  • Stealth: 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 units of detection range.
  • Extraction Speed: 0.75, 0.85, 1.00, 1.20, 1.50 units per second.

Extraction is the odd one out. Going from one star to two adds only 0.10 per second, while going from four to five adds 0.30. A Machine holds 45 units, so a one-star extractor fills it in about 60 seconds and a five-star extractor in 30. The formula counts stars in a straight line, which means it slightly undervalues a five-star extractor and slightly overvalues a two-star one. That is a known flaw, and it is why Vee, Squirm and Glisten would move up if you re-weighted Extraction by its real values.

S tier: 29 or more

These are the four highest scores. Three of them share the same trait: five stars in Skill Check, five in Extraction, or both.

ToonScoreSkill CheckMovementStaminaStealthExtractionAbility
Gourdy31.554115Trick or Treat (active, 35 s); Sugar Rush (passive)
Shelly2953233Inspiration (active, 60 s); Problem Solver (passive)
Soulvester2951135Soul Shield (active)
Vee2942325Mic Check (active, 50 s); Camera Hijack (passive)

Gourdy is first because he is the only Toon that combines five Skill Check, five Extraction and four Movement. He pays for it with one star in Stamina and one in Stealth, so he draws Twisteds easily and tires fast. The wiki's Haunted Gala page calls him an all-rounder, and the numbers back up the extraction half of that. Soulvester has the same two five-star stats but only one star of Movement, so his ceiling as an extractor is as high as Gourdy's while his ability to run is the lowest in the game, tied with Connie and Shrimpo.

Shelly and Vee are Main Characters, which matters for fairness. Mains carry 16 stars instead of 15, so they get one more star than most of the field. Vee's score leans on a five-star Extraction and a four-star Skill Check, while Shelly's depends on five-star Skill Check and a well-rounded rest of the line.

A tier: 27 to 28.5

ToonScoreSkill CheckMovementStaminaStealthExtractionAbility
Gigi2853133Surprise! (active, 60 s)
Brusha27.543323Artistic Inspiration (active, 15 s)
Squirm27.533225Distressed Delicacy (active, 80 s)
Waxwell27.555122Ignite (active, 60 s)
Astro2723353Nap Time (active, 60 s); Well Rested (passive)
Brightney2733414Night Light (active, 45 s)
Cocoa2734242Bonbon (active, 40 s)
Yatta2734125PiΓ±ata Party (passive)

Gigi leads A tier at 28, one point short of S. Her case is simple: five Skill Check, three stars in Movement, Stealth and Extraction, and one star of Stamina. Because Skill Check is double-weighted, that single five-star stat carries her past every other Toon in the tier.

Brusha, Squirm and Waxwell tie at 27.5 by completely different routes. Brusha is balanced and has a 15 second ability. Squirm has five-star Extraction and a long cooldown. Waxwell has five stars in both Skill Check and Movement, the only Toon with that pairing, and only two stars of Extraction. Astro is here because five-star Stealth is rare; only he and Connie have it. Cocoa is the highest-ranked Easter Toon, and Yatta and Brightney round out the tier.

Notice the cost side of this tier. Brusha asks for 1,250 Ichor and 25% research, and Brightney asks for 1,250 Ichor and five Blackouts. Both are cheap by the game's standards and both score above 27, which makes them the cheapest pair in A tier.

B tier: 26 to 26.5

ToonScoreSkill CheckMovementStaminaStealthExtractionAbility
Bobette26.543522Precious Packaging (active, 90 s); Festive Aura (passive)
Flyte26.524234Gust (active, 50 s)
Glisten26.523325Reflection (active, 100 s)
Tisha26.544232Tidy Up! (active, 50 s)
Toodles26.533342Beginner's Luck (active, 25 s)
Connie2621354Haunting Escape (active, 50 s)
Finn2643233Reel In (passive)
Ginger2632343Baked with Care! (active, 100 s)
Goob2634422Hug! (active, 30 s)
Pebble2635431Speak! (active, 60 s); Fetch! (passive)
Rudie2633333Antler Charge (active)

B tier is the largest group of Toons that are good at a specific job without a standout stat line. Bobette is the only Toon that pairs five Stamina with four Skill Check. Pebble has five-star Movement but only one star of Extraction, so the formula places him in the middle even though the wiki's own team-composition notes treat him as a staple distractor. This is the clearest place where a stats-only ranking understates a Toon. Goob has four stars in both Movement and Stamina, Tisha has four in Skill Check and Movement, and Toodles sits here on four-star Stealth. Connie lands here despite one-star Movement because of five-star Stealth and four-star Extraction.

C tier: 25 to 25.5

ToonScoreSkill CheckMovementStaminaStealthExtractionAbility
Bassie25.515442Springful Sharing (active); Easter Basket (passive)
Coal25.524432Scout (active, 30 s)
Flutter25.524432Floaty Dash (active, 45 s)
Looey25.543323Heart of Helium (passive)
Rodger25.532334Detective (passive)
Scraps25.522533Crafty Grapple (active, 25 s)
Sprout25.524532Baked Sweets (active, 100 s); Overprotective (passive)
Teagan25.533423Tea Time (active, 100 s)
Boxten2533333Wind-Up (passive)
Eclipse2534323Total Eclipse (passive)
Eggson2533333Fixer Upper (passive)
Poppy2533333Panic Pop (passive)
Ribecca2533333The Undead (passive)

C tier includes the free starter pair, Boxten and Poppy, who have three stars in everything and only passive abilities. It also holds five event Toons: Bassie, Coal, Eclipse, Eggson and Ribecca. Their position says nothing about price, since event Toons are bought with event currency. Ribecca, Eggson, Boxten and Poppy all have flat three-star lines and passive abilities, so they tie by construction.

Sprout and Scraps both have five Stamina, but Sprout's two-star Extraction and Scraps's two-star Skill Check keep them from climbing. Sprout's Baked Sweets has a 100 second cooldown, which earns him 2 ability points, not 3.

D and F tier

ToonScoreSkill CheckMovementStaminaStealthExtractionAbility
Cosmo24.513443Sharing is Caring (active, 60 s)
Razzle & Dazzle2435331Comedy/Tragedy (passive)
Blot23.514532Blot Jr. (active, 60 s)

Cosmo, Razzle & Dazzle and Blot fill D tier. Cosmo and Blot have a one-star Skill Check, which hurts under this formula because Skill Check is double-weighted. Razzle & Dazzle is a special case: the wiki's Statistics page says the pair swaps stat lines by floor parity. On odd floors they have five-star Movement and one-star Extraction (the line used here), and on even floors those two numbers flip. The totals are equal, but the formula would give a different spread on even floors.

ToonScoreSkill CheckMovementStaminaStealthExtractionAbility
Shrimpo911111Bully (passive)

Shrimpo scores 9. He has one star in every stat, 5 stars in total against 15 for a normal Toon, and a Bully passive that drops his Stealth to -99 according to the Statistics page. He costs 100 Ichor, which is the cheapest price in the game.

All 42 Toons in one table

The table lists every Toon in this guide's data with its five stats, total stars and score. "SC" means Skill Check. The rank column is by score; Dandy and Dyle are not ranked because they have five stars in every stat (25 in total) and can't be used normally.

Who has the best stat, and who has the worst

This table shows who holds five stars and one star in each stat. The five-star Stamina group includes only Toons that have it all the time. Eclipse also reaches the 200 cap during a Blackout because her Total Eclipse passive adds two Stamina stars, which the wiki's Statistics page counts.

Stat5 stars (value)1 star
Skill CheckShelly, Gigi, Waxwell, Gourdy, Soulvester (window 250)Blot, Cosmo, Shrimpo, Bassie (window 50)
Movement SpeedPebble, Razzle & Dazzle, Waxwell, Bassie (walk 20, run 30)Connie, Shrimpo, Soulvester (walk 10, run 20)

Extraction SpeedVee, Glisten, Squirm, Yatta, Gourdy, Soulvester (1.50 per second)Pebble, Razzle & Dazzle, Shrimpo (0.75 per second)

Three things stand out. Five Toons besides Shrimpo sit at one star of Stamina (Gigi, Gourdy, Soulvester, Waxwell and Yatta), and every one of them has a five in Skill Check or Extraction, so a big strength usually comes with a cost somewhere else. Only Astro and Connie have five-star Stealth. And only Gourdy and Soulvester combine five-star Skill Check with five-star Extraction.

What the tier list can't tell you

A stats-only ranking has limits, and these are the ones that move scores the most.

Mains get a head start. The eight Toons with 16 stars (the five year-round Mains plus Bassie, Bobette and Gourdy) average 27.5 on this formula, while the 31 normal 15-star Toons average 26.0. Some of that gap is not skill, just the extra star.

Abilities do more than a cooldown number shows. Astro's Nap Time refills nearby Toons' Stamina. Brightney and Connie are Light-Producing, which the wiki says helps in Blackouts. Brusha's ability was reworked on August 14, 2026, in version 0.26.1: it now paints a Machine through a minigame, and every Toon who extracts from that Machine gets a 25% faster Extraction Speed and a 15% higher Skill Check chance. A support effect like that is not in the formula at all.

Some stats change in play. Eclipse turns into a werewolf during Blackouts, gaining two Stamina stars and a 20% Movement Speed boost. Razzle & Dazzle swap stat lines by floor. Blot's decoy costs 10 Tapes per use. None of this shows up in a fixed score.

Floor Events can rewrite your Toon. During the Halloween Haunted Gala event, each player gets a mask that swaps their stats and abilities for another Toon's. The wiki's Masks table lists eight Toons you can become: Astro, Connie, Dandy, Gourdy, Pebble, Shelly, Soulvester and Sprout. In that mode your own tier is irrelevant for the floor.

Which Toons give the most score for the price

Tier lists often ignore what a Toon costs to unlock. This table shows every S and A tier Toon with its listed price and requirements, taken from the wiki's Toon pages.

ToonTierScorePrice and requirements

By price, Brusha and Brightney are the cheapest A-tier entries at 1,250 Ichor each, and Soulvester is the cheapest S-tier Toon at 700 Pumpkins plus 50% research, though Pumpkins exist only during the Halloween event, which the wiki dates from October 2 to November 6, 2026. Gourdy costs 3,000 Pumpkins and 2,500 Ichor. Astro is the most expensive Toon in the game at 5,000 Ichor. For the full costs and the order to unlock them, see the unlock guide.

How to use this list

Pick a role first, then use the tier as a filter. If you want to extract, start with the Toons that have four or five Extraction and Skill Check stars: Gourdy, Soulvester, Vee and Shelly at the top, then Squirm, Yatta and Glisten. If you want to distract, look at Movement and Stealth instead; Pebble, Waxwell, Bassie and Razzle & Dazzle have the top Movement line, while Astro and Connie have the only five-star Stealth. If you want to support, the ability column tells you more than the score.

You can also change the weights. If you think Stamina deserves more, raise its weight from 1 to 1.5. Every Toon then gains 0.5 per Stamina star, so Sprout, Scraps, Blot and Bobette gain 2.5 points while Gourdy and Waxwell gain only 0.5. The five stats in the table are the real data, so every other number follows from them.

For a Toon-by-Toon view with stats, abilities and requirements, use the Toons database and the Dandy's World tier list page. The newest Toon in the ranking has its own page: Waxwell guide.

Key Takeaways

  • Every Toon has star ratings for Skill Check, movement, Stamina, Stealth and extraction: pick based on whether you will extract machines or distract Twisteds.
  • Ichor is the main currency: you earn it by filling machines, picking up Research Capsules and completing floors.
  • Twisted Trinkets come from reaching 100% research on the matching Twisted.
  • There are very few codes and most expire: check the list before you redeem.
