Eclipse

Eclipse is a Halloween Toon whose power waits for the lights to go out. Total Eclipse turns him into a werewolf during Blackouts: he gives off a glow, gains 2 Stamina stars (from 3 to 5 for the duration), runs 20% faster and briefly highlights all Twisteds on the floor. Outside Blackouts he is a plain Toon with Skill Check 3, Movement Speed 4, Stamina 3, Stealth 2 and Extraction Speed 3, so his value depends on how often power failures hit the floor. He also counts as a light-producing Toon. To buy him you spend 1,500 Pumpkins and need to own 5 or more Toons, so he is a returning Halloween Toon, back from 2025, and is on sale through the 2026 event, which runs from October 2 to November 6. His Twisted is Rare and drops Moon Pack Heirloom, which highlights where your allies are for 3 seconds after any machine is completed. Spare Bulb would widen his glow, while cards such as Electrician and Sparkplug, which reduce Blackouts, work against him.
