Friendship Bracelet scales your Stamina with the people still alive next to you: +5 maximum Stamina for every living Toon in the round, up to a cap of 40, which is reached with 8 Toons alive. That cap equals 1.6 stars of Stamina, since each star is worth 25 points, so a full team turns a 5-star Toon's 200 into 240. Alone, by the same rule, you only get 5.

That is the catch. It depends on teammates surviving, so the bonus shrinks as the run goes badly, and the wiki itself calls it risky to bring without a group. Compared with Cooler's flat +50, it is weaker in solo play and a bit weaker even at its maximum, but it has no movement penalty and no Ichor price. The Toons that gain the most relative value are the Stamina-poor ones playing in a full lobby, such as Gigi, Waxwell and Yatta at 1 star. Goob, whose Twisted gives the Trinket, has 4 stars of Stamina and 4 of Movement Speed.
