Mechanic
He has a meter above his head that increases when a Toon is not near him for some time, and decreases when one is close. When the meter is full, Glisten becomes faster and aggressive. After you finish all the Machines, he becomes aggressive immediately. Once he is enraged, there is no way to get him back to passive.

Twisted Glisten guide
Glisten starts the floor looking harmless and ends it as one of the fastest things in the game. A meter above his head rises when no Toon is near him for a while and falls when one is close. When it fills, he becomes faster and aggressive, and there is no way to calm him down again. Once every Machine on the floor is finished he is aggressive immediately, which makes the last stretch to the elevator his biggest test.
The numbers show why. Enraged, he chases at 24, tied for 3rd of 37 with Pebble and behind only Gourdy and Bobette, and his walk of 15 is 4th highest. Vision is 25 in a circle and 60 direct, hearing 100 and attention span 3 seconds, so he is easy to lose when calm but hard to shake once he locks on. The meter only drops while a Toon is close, so passing near him now and then keeps him calm longer, and the last dash to the elevator is where speed counts. Glisten's own Toon has only 2 stars of Stealth but 5 of Extraction Speed, matching a plan of finishing Machines quickly.
Glisten is a Rare Twisted. At 100% Research you receive the Vanity Mirror trinket, which raises your run speed by 30% during Panic Mode.
