Twisted Scraps guide
Scraps attacks from range with her tail, and each hit costs one heart. The move has a cooldown of 15 seconds, so after she fires, there is a fixed gap in which she can only chase. As a pure chaser she is slow: walk 8 and chase 16, both tied for 30th of 37, so a Toon with Stamina to spare can leave her behind once the tail has been spent. What makes her dangerous is the reach, not the pursuit.
Her senses are above average. Circular vision of 30 is tied for 8th of 40 and direct vision of 75 is tied for 6th of 37, so she sees quite far in front, while hearing is only 100 and attention span is 2 seconds. Stay out of her line of sight when you can, and if she fires, move immediately, since the 15 second cooldown is your safe window. Her own Toon has 5 stars of Stamina and only 2 of Movement Speed, showing a more cautious, endurance-based style, and it can pull itself toward targets with its grapple.
