Festive Lights guide
Festive Lights was the Christmas version of a treasure finder: every 10 seconds during a match it highlighted Ornaments near you, the currency of the Christmas Event. You unlocked it with 100% Research on Twisted Rudie, a Common, and it was added on January 10, 2025 alongside Coal, Peppermint Icing and Toy Kit. As a Limited holiday Trinket, it is no longer obtainable.
The wiki's view is that it is a fair pick for farming Ornaments but rarely the best one, because only two Ornaments spawn per floor. Hunting for them takes time away from extracting and pulling Twisteds, and if you can find the two on your own even some of the time, the Trinket is close to worthless. Pebble or Coal can find the same items with their abilities without a Trinket slot.
One tip from the wiki stands out: a single player wearing Festive Lights can lead the rest of the team to the Ornaments, which is better than half the team all wearing it. The currency paid for the Christmas Toons Bobette, Coal, Ginger and Rudie, and for skins and stickers. Rudie himself has an active, Antler Charge, that dashes him out of trouble. Outside of the event the effect had nothing to highlight, so the entry is now a record of the 2025 roster.
