Ringle

Mythical rarity and a weight of at most 1 kg make Ringle an odd catch: the price per kilogram is C$2,250, but the fish itself averages only 0.2 kg, so an average one sells for just C$450. It lives on Snowcap Island, uses Bagel as bait, and bites at Night in Clear or Foggy weather, in any season.

Its minimum weight is recorded as 0 kg and the maximum as 1 kg. In ranking terms it is 405th of the 742 documented fish by average value, but 629th of 663 by maximum weight, which makes it one of the lightest fish in the data. The base XP is 500, which is the more useful number: that is a lot of experience for a fish that weighs almost nothing.

Fallen Snowblade is the rod sold on Snowcap Island, so you can pick up zone gear nearby.

If you want to decide whether to fish for Ringle, think of it as an XP target first and a cash target second. C$450 is a small payout for something Mythical. The 500 XP is better, and the bait is unusual enough (a Bagel) that you may need to prepare. Fish it during a Night with Clear or Foggy skies, and expect a tiny catch, with value that depends on the rarity more than on size.
