Warstripe Bass guide
Warstripe Bass is an Unusual fish listed under bfow, and it only bites when several conditions line up: Night, Windy weather and Minnow on the hook. It weighs between 9 kg and 52.5 kg with an average of 17 kg, and the wiki describes it as a hardened bass with dark stripes like old war paint.
The payout is modest. At C$11 per kg, an average catch sells for about C$187, which ranks 500th of the 742 documented fish by average value. Its heaviest possible catch ranks 314th of 663 by max weight, so even a lucky giant will not change the picture. Base XP is 165.
Treat it as a side catch, not a target. Speartail Pike is the other Unusual fish in the same zone, so if you are already fishing bfow at night in the wind, you can collect both in one session. Spend Minnow on it only if you want the full local set; for cash, the average sale will not repay a long wait for the right weather.
