Hawaii

Hawaii is a one-resident stop with one purpose: the Lullaby questline. Simon is the only inhabitant listed, and the zone is obtainable today.

The record ties two things to the place: the questline itself and the Compact Disc, the only documented fish. Compact Disc is Limited rarity and averages about C$260, which is modest, so do not mistake it for the prize. The prize is the rod, Lullaby, listed at 50,121,212C$. That is a very large price tag, and it dwarfs every fish value in the zone, so the number alone tells you this is a long-term goal, not an impulse buy.

If you are saving for Lullaby, treat Hawaii as a milestone and not a farming spot. One documented fish at C$260 will not fund a rod this expensive, so your money has to come from zones with a higher payout.

Go to Hawaii when you are close to affording Lullaby or are ready to follow Simon's questline. Skip it if you are only looking for fish value.
