Crew Rod review
Crew Rod is a Moosewood purchase at 70,000C$, with no passive and no level requirement. It is a utility rod with an average stat line: Luck 100 ranks 104th of 184 obtainable rods, Lure Speed 80 ranks 71st of 184, and Resilience 20 ranks 77th of 184. Control is -0.1, 171st of 185, which means the bar will push back. It adds +20% Progress Speed to offset that.
Three cheaper options beat it on Luck: Cinder Block Rod has 300 for C$50,000, Friendly Rod has 105 for C$0, and Cupid's Embrace has 214 for C$15,000. That puts Crew Rod in a tough spot, since a free rod already matches it.
Other Moosewood rods you can browse are Flimsy Rod, Fast Rod, Lucky Rod, Long Rod and Haunted Rod, all sold in the same zone.
The reason to pick it is the Progress Speed bonus and Lure Speed together, if you prefer quicker cycles. For better Luck at a lower price, go with one of the three alternatives listed.
