Microphone Rod

Anyone hunting the Microphone Rod has to go to the Streamer Hideout, and it is marked as a limited rod, so treat it as something to grab while it can be had. Its in-game line is just "am i mutted?", a joke that matches the streaming theme.

The stats are modest. Luck is 80, which ranks 125th of 184 obtainable rods, and Control is 0, 141st of 185. Resilience of 30 is 51st of 184, a decent showing, and the weight cap is 200 kg, 100th of 117 rods that list one.

The one number worth a second look is Lure Speed: 100 puts it 21st of 184, which is fast for a rod with such low Luck. That makes it a cast-cycling tool rather than a rarity tool. It has no passive, so there is no hidden trick to learn.

Who should bother? Collectors of limited rods, obviously. For everyone else, the Luck score means better rods exist for chasing rare fish, and the 200 kg cap will stop you from landing the heaviest catches. If you want speed for farming common fish and happen to be at the Streamer Hideout, it works. Otherwise treat it as a novelty with one respectable stat.
