Santa's Miracle Rod review
Santa's Miracle Rod comes from the Fischmas 2025 event and is flagged as a quest reward, so you earn it through the event content. Its description says it was only obtainable during Fischmas, which makes it a seasonal target worth planning around.
The passive is the star: fish have a 20% chance to gain the Santa mutation and a 10% chance at any natural Fischmas mutation, it spawns presents, and each catch has a 10% chance of being gifted to your Fischmas pals.
The stats back it up well for a festive rod. Lure Speed of 125 ranks 14th of 184 obtainable rods, Control of 0.25 is 15th of 185, and Resilience of 25 is 62nd of 184. Luck of 125 is 88th of 184, so it is a speed-and-handling rod rather than a rarity chaser.
The only other rod in the zone is Peppermint Rod. Santa's Miracle Rod is the one with the fast bites and the Control. Go for it if you want mutation value and fast, steady fishing during the event. Outside of Fischmas content, the Luck is average, so its appeal is the mutation chance.
