Seraphic Rod review
Level 1000 is the price of the Seraphic Rod, and no C$ amount will shorten that. It also needs a level to use, comes with a passive, and carries a mastery tag, so it sits at the long-grind end of the rod list.
The stats reward the wait. Luck 225 ranks 40th of 184 obtainable rods, and Lure Speed 100 is 21st of 184. Control 0.25 is 15th of 185, tied among the best on that stat. Resilience 20 is only 77th, and Progress Speed is 8. No weight limit is listed, so I will not claim anything about heavy fish.
The in-game description is a joke line aimed at players who grind, which says something about its audience: this is a rod for people who already sit at high levels.
For comparison, those three top-quarter ranks (Luck, Lure Speed, Control) make it a balanced choice rather than a one-trick rod. Resilience is the single soft spot.
Verdict: a worthwhile long-term goal if you are on the way to Level 1000 anyway. If you are far from it, pick up a cheaper rod now and treat the Seraphic Rod as something to reach later.
