Russet Root — In-Depth Analysis
Russet Root is a Legendary crop that opened the Fall Market Event 2026, added on September 19, 2026, in the event's first part. It is multi-harvest and tagged Leafy, Root, Vegetable and Fall. In other words, it is a plain autumn vegetable with a high rarity, and the wiki gives no description of how it looks.
The seed comes from the Autumn Seed Pack with a 20% chance, which is a fairly good roll compared with many other rare crops. The wiki lists it as obtainable, so you can still go after it. With a one-in-five chance per pack, it should not take a huge number of openings, though luck can always run either way.
A Legendary multi-harvest root vegetable is a dependable plant to keep in a main plot, because it keeps producing instead of ending after one pick. Mutations multiply the sell value of each harvest, so leaving it growing is usually better than pulling it out. If you plan to sell, check the wiki or the in-game shop first for the current values of the produce.
