The rare tier sets a modest expectation for raw power compared to legendary or divine pets, while limited means the supply is frozen now that the autumn window has passed, so any future acquisition runs through trading.

In a farming build, a rare squirrel-type fills an entry-level companion role. Pets at this tier usually offer a clean, single-purpose boost rather than the multi-layered, economy-shifting abilities of higher rarities, which makes the Red Squirrel a reasonable early or mid-game pickup but rarely a centerpiece. Its real draw is the seasonal flavor and the fact that it documents you were around for the Fall Market.

On a serious endgame team it generally does not earn a slot on power alone, since competing legendary and divine pets simply scale harder. Where it shines is as an affordable collection piece and a themed filler for casual Fall loadouts. If you are still building up, the Red Squirrel is a fine stepping stone; once your roster matures, expect to bench it in favor of stronger rarities.
