1What the Ghoul Update Changed

The Black Reaper melee entered the game as an S+ weapon for both grinding and PvP simultaneously — a rare designation. 3Sword Tier List

The sword meta was already reshuffled by the May 10 Huge Update, and the Ghoul Update did not directly add a new sword — meaning Sun God and Dual Wielder continue to dominate at S+ and S respectively.    With Ghoul Bloodline active, grind mobs on Isolation Island while using Black Reaper to accumulate Mastery. At Mastery 250 — combined with completing a set number of Black Reaper boss defeats on Medium difficulty or higher — the weapon's most powerful skill unlocks. This move is the highest-damage melee skill currently available in Sailor Piece and justifies the entire investment in this build.

   Select Archangel or a secret race

   Archangel sits at SS tier for PvP. Its passive bonuses and move set create sustained pressure in extended fights and are difficult to counter without matching race-level investment. Secret races with unique move sets are equally strong but harder to acquire — use whichever you have already unlocked at the highest tier available to you.

9Accessories Tier List

The Ghoul Outfit at a high Enhancement Level is the single largest accessory shake-up the game has seen since launch. It outperforms every previous top-tier accessory by a wide margin on both DMG and Damage Reduction. Enhancing it requires investment in both Gold and enhancement materials, but the payoff in grinding speed and PvP burst makes it non-negotiable for endgame players.
