Bunny โ In-Depth Analysis
The Bunny is a playable class in 99 Nights in the Forest that belongs to the Easter event and costs 900 eggs. It starts with 40 Carrot Darts, which work like reskinned Kunai, and its whole kit revolves around eating carrots: each one gives permanent boosts to speed, jump height and night vision. The price is that the Bunny cannot eat meat, nor any stew made with meat.
Level 2 asks for 200 carrots eaten and makes giant carrots spawn around the map when you join a game; chopping them down gives more carrots. Level 3 asks for 400 carrots eaten and adds roughly a 1 in 4 chance of receiving a carrot dart every time you eat a carrot, so ammunition can keep renewing itself. The wiki lists the maximum speed bonus at +15%, compared with +25% at night for the Nightcrawler, and estimates a dart's base damage at 25, rising to 37.5 on a headshot.
The early game is the weak point: there are few boosts, no meat stews and carrots restore only a little hunger. Farm plots are the usual answer, since they supply carrots and allow vegetable-only stews, which are still edible. The class also fits a vegetarian badge run. Among the Talents the wiki recommends are 10% reduced hunger drain at 1 star and bonus Logs from trees at 3 and 4 stars.
