Medkit — In-Depth Analysis
The Medkit is the heavy-duty healing item in 99 Nights in the Forest, and its standout number is that it heals around 100 HP per use. On top of raw healing it can also revive dead teammates, exactly like a Bandage but at a much bigger scale, making it the item you want in your pocket when a night raid goes wrong and someone goes down.
Sources are generous, which keeps it relevant all game. It drops from Gold, Legendary and Vine Chests, comes free to the tier 3 Medic and the Berserker classes on spawn, appears in Campfire Levels 5 to 6, and spawns in Clinics scattered around the map, where one can sit on the table, one in the seats and one in the lockers. Note that once all of its charges are used the Medkit is consumed and lost, so it is a finite resource, not a permanent tool.
Is it worth grabbing? Without question. A 100 HP heal plus team revives is among the most valuable utility in the game. Always loot Clinics fully, prioritize it from chests, and save at least one for emergency revives rather than burning it on chip damage.
