Basketball

The Basketball is firmly a Junk-category item, meaning it has no survival utility whatsoever. It restores no hunger, grants no effects and offers no stats. Its single listed interaction is "Throw it", which is exactly the limit of its gameplay value: a physics toy for messing around with friends rather than anything that keeps you alive.

You will find it at the Basketball Court within Campfire Levels 2-6, and it can also appear in the Carnival if that event is spawned. Both are out-of-the-way spots you would only visit for fun or while scavenging more useful loot nearby, so you are unlikely to seek the ball out deliberately.

Is it worth grabbing? Honestly, no, not for survival. It occupies the same novelty tier as other junk props and contributes nothing toward hunger, healing, defense or crafting. The only real reasons to pick one up are social: goofing around at the court, filming clips, or testing the throw physics during a calm stretch between nights. If your inventory space matters and the entities are closing in, leave the Basketball where it bounces and grab food, pelts or an axe upgrade instead.
