Twisted Teagan guide
Teagan goes after your Tapes. If she manages to attack a Toon, she steals 20% of the Tapes that Toon is carrying, so the cost of being caught is measured in currency and not only in hearts. Her chase speed of 18.5 is tied with Flutter for 13th of 37, half a point above the median, and her walk is the standard 10. Vision is 26 in a circle and 60 direct, hearing is 125 and attention span is 1.75 seconds, so none of her stats are unusual apart from the thieving.
The practical counter is to treat Tapes as something to spend before a floor gets dangerous. Heal, buy or use Tape based abilities while she is far away, since a Toon with fewer Tapes loses less to the 20% cut. With a chase of 18.5 she is barely faster than a Common, so a Toon with Stamina to spare can break away, and her short attention span means she lets go quickly once you turn a corner. Teagan's own Toon has 4 stars of Stamina, and its Tea Time ability spends 75 Tapes to heal one heart.
