Sally

Sally cannot kill you, yet she is one of the most disruptive entities in The Hotel. The community used to call her Window because she once appeared only as a faint face outside windows; since The Content Update she smashes through a medium-sized window, giggles and chases players across the map. She is listed as uncommon.

Her warning and her attack

You hear her laugh, then a window breaking, and the lights flicker like Rush before every room goes dark. That darkness can hide cues from other entities, and her jumpscare muffles your audio for several seconds, enough to mask Screech. She runs slightly above walking speed, phases through walls and keeps chasing through multiple doors, so hiding does not help.

What she takes

When she jumps on you she steals the item you hold and plays with it for 15 seconds before despawning. Her damage is unusual: she removes two thirds of your current HP and divides your max HP by 1.3, with floors of 3 HP and 50 max HP, so she can never kill you. She also sets your oxygen to 5%, which is dangerous in Firedamp rooms. Holding a Crucifix when she leaps crucifies her, and handing her the toy Horse item stops her attack. Speed-boosting items let you outrun her.
