Birthday Goldfish guide
Here is a goldfish that was baked into cake form, and the wiki's caption asks you not to eat your friend. Birthday Goldfish came from Anniversary 2025 as a Limited-rarity fish and cannot be obtained at the moment. Weather is listed as Any, and no bait is given.
The numbers are the same as three of its event neighbours: C$5,500 average value (163rd of 742 documented fish) and 2,100 base XP. That makes it a mid-tier event fish, worth far more than a typical Common but nowhere near the C$200,000 that Birthday Megalodon averages.
Next to it in the event list you will find Baby's First Balloon, Birthday Squid, Birthday Dumbo Octopus, Birthday Megalodon, Birthday Cake and Birthday Gift. If one of these was caught on your account, the practical question is whether to sell it. At C$5,500 it is a comfortable sale, but since the event is over and the fish cannot be replaced, the better reason to hold it is the cake joke. Otherwise, selling it is a fine decision and does not lose you anything unique among its siblings.
