Birthday Megalodon guide
Birthday Megalodon is the big prize from Anniversary 2025: C$200,000 on average, which is 15th of 742 documented fish by value, and 500,000 base XP. The wiki says even a Megalodon deserves cake, and this one showed up smiling for Fisch's birthday. It carries the Limited rarity and the Unobtainable tag, so it cannot be caught now.
Its value is the story here. In its own zone, the other fish are Baby's First Balloon, Birthday Squid, Birthday Dumbo Octopus, Birthday Goldfish, Birthday Cake and Birthday Gift. None of them come close; the Birthday Squid group sells for C$5,500, and Birthday Cake for C$15,500.
There are no weather, bait or weight numbers on this entry, so there is little to say about how it was fished beyond the event itself. If you are looking at one in an inventory, selling it would bring a large payout, but you are also giving up one of the few event fish that can never come back. For a collector this one is worth holding; for someone chasing C$, a quarter of a million is hard to refuse.
