Communication Circuit guide

Not every catch in Fisch is a fish. The Communication Circuit is a Trash item pulled up around Sunstone Island with a Magnet as bait, which tells you it is scrap metal rather than a living thing. The wiki records no flavour text for it.

Despite the Trash label, it sells better than you might expect. It weighs between 1.2 kg and 1.4 kg and sells at C$221 per kg, giving an average value of C$310. That is 446th of the 742 documented fish, which puts it in the middle of the list. No base XP is listed, so the sale price is the only return.

This is the kind of catch you pick up on the way: if you are on Sunstone Island with a Magnet, you will collect it along with other scrap, and it pays enough to be worth selling rather than discarding. It will not make you rich, but it also does not belong in the junk pile. The sensible approach is to use a Magnet when you want a quick, low-risk catch, sell the circuit straight away and keep your inventory free for anything rarer.
