Tartaruga guide
Tartaruga is an Exotic sea turtle from Sunstone Island, and its conditions are the hardest part: Mist Worms as bait, night, Foggy weather and Winter. All four have to line up. The wiki calls it a colossal turtle cloaked in shadow.
The weight range is 950 to 8,400 kg (2,475 kg on average), ranking 93 of 663 for maximum weight. The sale price of about C$6,187.50 puts it at 151 of 742 documented fish by average value. The surprise is the XP: 60,000 base XP, a very large reward that is the real reason to hunt it.
Speed Core is the only other Exotic fish listed for the island, so you will not see a crowd of same-tier fish competing for the same bait.
Verdict: do not sell this one. C$6,187 is respectable, but 60,000 XP is worth far more if you are still levelling. Wait for Winter fog at night, bring Mist Worms, and treat a catch as an XP event.
