Destroyed Fossil guide

Not every catch is a win, and the Destroyed Fossil is the proof. It is a Trash-rarity item from The Depths, hooked in daytime with Crab Cages as bait, and it weighs between 2 kg and 11.5 kg, averaging 4.4 kg.

At about C$8.24 per kg it sells for an average of C$35, which is 681st of the 742 documented fish by average value. Its 11.5 kg maximum sits at 450th of 663 by weight, so heavy specimens are not rare, they are just cheap. The 20 base XP is small too.

Nobody travels to The Depths for this. If you are already there working with Crab Cages, expect it as filler and sell it, or ignore it. The rods sold in the zone are Rod Of The Depths and Onirifalx. Treat the fossil as a sign that your bait is working, not as income.
