Dreaming Aberration guide
At Cursed Isle, only after dark and only with Mist Worms, you can hook the Dreaming Aberration, an Exotic fish the wiki calls a twisted nightmare that defies the waking world. It is built on a monstrous scale: 1,800 kg at minimum, 3,060 kg on average and up to 9,072 kg.
That weight is where its value comes from, since the rate is a low C$1.968 per kg. The average catch is worth C$6,020, ranking 153rd of 742 documented fish, and the 9,072 kg maximum sits 91st of 663 by weight, which puts it among the heavier fish on record. Base XP is 5,050.
The zone sells Great Dreamer Rod, which is the only rod listed for Cursed Isle. That makes the plan simple: buy it if you intend to farm here, load Mist Worms, and fish at night. It is a good fish for players who want strong XP and a large payout from a single bite, though you should expect a long night of waiting for the right pull.
