Whisker Bill guide
Moosewood's best-paying Mythical is Whisker Bill. Fishing the First Sea hub with Truffle Worm, with no restriction on time, weather or season, you can expect 35.6 to 171.5 kg per catch (103.55 kg on average) and a sale of roughly C$1,395, which is 291 of 742 documented fish by average value. Its maximum weight is 251 of 663.
Base XP is only 150, which is low for a Mythical, so the reward is almost entirely cash. At about C$31 per kg, the price follows its weight closely.
What makes it practical is the setting. Moosewood sells Flimsy Rod, Fast Rod, Crew Rod, Lucky Rod and Long Rod, so you can chase it with the zone's own rods. The only hurdle is the Truffle Worm bait.
Verdict: a good earner for someone building up money early. Sell it freely, because 150 XP gives you no reason to hold on. Remember that Truffle Worm is the only bait the wiki lists, so bring enough for several attempts.
