Duskwire

The most unusual line in the whole stat sheet belongs to Duskwire: a weight cap of -757,575 kg, which ranks dead last, 117th of 117 rods that list one. That is either a deliberate joke or a quirk of its design, and the wiki gives no explanation, so do not assume it means anything for gameplay.

What matters more is the rest. Resilience of 175 is 3rd of 184 obtainable rods, Lure Speed 100 is 21st of 184 and Luck of 175 is 61st of 184. The trade is Control: -0.2 puts it 182nd of 185, so the bar will swing wildly. It costs C$1,750,001, is a quest reward, and carries both a passive and a masteries tag.

The in-game text calls it intertwined with the souls of the masses, which fits its grim look but says nothing about effects.

Cheaper options beat it on Luck: Challenger's Rod (luck 190, C$750,000), Cerulean Fang Rod (luck 190, C$800,000) and Cinder Block Rod (luck 300, C$50,000). So Duskwire is not the pick for odds. It is for players who value toughness against heavy fish and quick bites, and who can handle a very unstable bar. Be ready to practice before you rely on it.
