You can buy in, replant, and scale it instead of treating a single fruit as irreplaceable.

That permanence changes the math entirely. With a Divine that never leaves the shop, your strategy should be volume plus mutation stacking: dedicate plots to a steady Cacao rotation, then push each harvest higher with Gold or Rainbow and weather mutations like Wet, Chilled or Shocked. Because the base value is already Divine-tier, every multiplier you stack returns far more raw Sheckles than the same mutation on a common crop.

In progression terms, Cacao is a late-game backbone earner. It typically demands a serious sheckle outlay up front, so it suits players who have cleared the early grind and want a reliable, high-ceiling crop they can farm repeatedly rather than a one-time collectible.
