The only real bottleneck is resources. Each clothing item costs crafting materials, so gather plenty before you start spamming the store, and craft in batches whenever you return to camp with a full inventory. The items themselves are useful, since warm clothing helps you resist the cold needed for snowy-region badges, so this grind doubles as genuine survival prep rather than wasted effort.

Because the count is cumulative, you can spread the ten crafts across several in-game days rather than rushing them in one sitting. Keep the Clothing Store stocked, craft a piece whenever you have spare materials, and you will hit ten before long. If you are playing with friends, pool resources so one person can churn through the crafts quickly while the others gather, then everyone benefits from the warm gear afterward.
