The Clinic, also known as the Hospital, is a Facility-type structure with one extra trick the others lack: it sits in the Healing category. That tag is the headline here, because in a survival game where chip damage adds up across nights, a dedicated spot tied to recovery is genuinely valuable for keeping your team upright.

On the loot side it behaves like the game's other facilities, offering Fuel and Scrap to sustain your campfire and equipment, Mossy Coins to spend, and a Special drop for the occasional better find. None of that is unique to the Clinic, but combined with its healing role it makes the building a sensible two-in-one stop, top up resources while you patch the team up.

Risk is modest. There are no listed inhabitants to fight your way past, so the Clinic plays as a low-pressure resupply and recovery point rather than a dangerous raid. The realistic cost is the usual one of any facility run: the time spent away from your fire and the exposure that comes with it, so loot it efficiently and head back before dark.
