The Old Playground is a Facility-type Structure in 99 Nights in the Forest, the kind of small civilian ruin scattered around the map that doubles as a reliable scavenging stop. Its rusted swings and weathered equipment are mostly set dressing, but the surrounding rubble is what brings survivors back: it offers a steady spread of practical resources.

In terms of payoff, the Playground drops Fuel, Scrap, Special items, and Mossy Coins. That is a well-balanced haul for a minor facility, Fuel to keep the campfire burning, Scrap for crafting and upgrades, and the Special and Mossy Coins giving you a shot at rarer gear and shop currency. None of it is guaranteed in large quantities, so treat it as a supplementary stop rather than a primary supply run.

The risks here are positional rather than scripted. Like most open facilities it has limited cover, so you can be caught in the open by roaming enemies while you sweep the area, especially as night approaches. Loot it efficiently on the way to a bigger objective, prioritize Fuel and Special, and avoid getting pinned far from your base after dark.
