Well

The Well is a Miscellaneous-type location — a small, easily overlooked prop that still earns a quick stop on your loot route. Despite its modest size it shares the standard scavenging drop pool: Scrap, Fuel, and Special items, plus Mossy Coins. That makes it functionally similar to the towers and sheds, just packaged in a low-profile structure you can clear in seconds.

It is worth visiting precisely because it is cheap to loot. There is no climb and no obvious approach hazard, so a well sitting along your path is essentially free value — top up your fuel, grab any coins, and move on without breaking stride. The trade-off is that the rewards are general-purpose rather than rare; you should never detour far across the map for a single well when bigger loot clusters exist.

With no listed inhabitants, the well itself poses no built-in threat. The only real risk is positional: stopping to interact still costs a few seconds of awareness, and if you are caught searching it at night or with enemies nearby, that pause can matter. Treat it as an opportunistic grab on the way to somewhere better, not a planned objective in its own right.
