Mechanic
Twisted Dyle becomes faster the longer a player is in his line of sight, though anything that attracts Twisteds will immediately fill his meter up halfway. This is shown through a meter above him. He can instantly kill anyone he attacks in one hit regardless of the current health status or Trinkets, just like any other Lethal.

- 35 (circular vision)
- 70 (direct vision)
- 9999 (hearing radius)
Twisted Dyle guide
Dyle makes the clock part of the threat. A meter above his head fills while a player stays in his line of sight, and the fuller it gets, the faster he moves. Anything that attracts Twisteds jumps the meter halfway at once. Like Dandy he is Lethal, so one hit kills regardless of hearts or trinkets. His base speed is low, a walk of 9 and a chase of 16, tied for 30th of 37, which is exactly why the meter is the real danger.
The practical rule is to never stay in his sight. Circular vision is 35 and direct vision 70, with hearing of 9999, so he knows noise anywhere on the floor, but his attention span is only 1 second, among the shortest of all Twisteds. A single corner and a few quiet steps resets the pressure better than a long run in the open. Dyle's own Toon has 5 stars in every stat, the same flat line as Dandy's.
Dyle also anchors Dyle's Floor, the challenge floor opened by the TIME'S UP card on odd floors from 9, with 25 Machines and 4 Twisteds. At 100% Research you get Train Whistle, which makes you immune to the Slow debuff.
