Blitz

Blitz is Rush's green brother, and its trick is that it can turn around. It appears only in The Backdoor, plus the Trick Or Treat event, as a distorted green face like Rush that turns pink and distorts further when it rebounds. It was added on March 15, 2024. Its attack deals 100 damage, and the room's lights flicker to warn you.

How it differs from Rush

Blitz screeches through every room and attacks anyone in its line of sight. Unlike Rush it does not open the next door, and after passing through all the rooms it may turn pink and rebound, like Ambush, most often once or twice. It never rebounds if the timer is below 30 seconds. It can spawn anywhere from Door -48 to Door -4.

How to survive

Because it behaves almost like Rush, a closet guarantees survival, and The Backdoor has no Hide, so you can stay inside as long as needed. Stay hidden until the screaming stops, because it can rebound after passing the next unopened door. A side room with a wall between you and it also works. If no closet is close, a Starlight Vial or Bottle can let you survive, but only with more than 80 health. When crucified, it flips between its rushing and rebounding forms; in the rebounding form it waits outside any closet that holds a player.
