The Bulklight used to be called the Spotlight, after its old Admin Panel name, and the Pre-Run Shop labels it "Big light". Both names fit: it is a big yellow industrial flashlight with a handle and a heptagonal head, and its cone is wider and brighter than the Flashlight's.
In The Mines you can buy it for 300 Gold at Jeff's Shop or 150 Knobs in the Pre-Run Shop, which the wiki calls the most expensive item in that shop. Both stalls are guaranteed to stock it, and it also turns up in Mines containers. Store it in the Rift at the start or end of The Mines to bring it to The Hotel.
