Moonlight Float guide

The Moonlight Float is a Smoothie after a trip through Guiding Light's Rift. The blue glass mug, with its cherry, striped straw and light-blue foam, heals 100 HP and does a second job that no other food does: it shows you what is coming. It was added in The Content Update.

What it highlights

Drinking it makes you glow blue for 1 minute and lights up the exit of the current room. For 5 minutes it highlights through walls the things you need, such as Keys, Anchors and Books, plus certain entities like Grumbles and Figure. The highlight fades over the last ten seconds, so it effectively lasts 4 minutes 50 seconds. The initial glow does not attract Gloombats.

Limits

  • It does not reveal the correct door to counter Dupe.
  • It is powered by Guiding Light, so in subfloors it turns gray; using it prints "That didn't taste right... It's missing something." and the item is not consumed. Before Bloxfest 2026 it still healed there, without the highlights.
  • Making one deletes the item left in the Rift.

The wiki compares it to the Life Saver candy from The Haunt event and says it tastes like "Blue". Louie may give a Gween Soda when offered one.
