Smoothie

The Smoothie heals only 35 HP, but it is one of the few items that can become something much better. Placed in Guiding Light's Rift, it transforms into the Moonlight Float, and that first transformation earns the "Lost In Translation" achievement. It will not transform in Curious Light's rift.

It was added in The Content Update and is almost always found on tables in basements, except the Courtyard basement. A run can spawn it at most 3 times, and the wiki notes its spawn rate drops if players use less stuff. Outside The Hotel it appears in Cringle's Workshop.

Quirks

• Drinking it at full health shows the line "I can't drink all of this...".
• It does not stack, so each one takes up a slot.
• It looks like a mug of beer, and the wiki explains the "Smoothie" name keeps the game's maturity rating at Mild.
• It can help in The Rooms when A-90 attacks.

The Candle was the first item that could be transformed in the Rift, the Smoothie the second and the Tip Jar the third, all three granting the same achievement.
