Aloe

Aloe restores a full 100 HP, in 10 ticks of 10 HP over about 3 seconds, which makes it a complete heal in one item. The catch is where it lives: only in The Outdoors, rarely, in or on top of containers.

It was introduced in The Great Outdoors Update, but until the August 22, 2025 patch it could not spawn naturally and was obtainable only through the Admin Panel. Sally could not steal it either, and dropping it made it vanish. It looks like the real plant, dark green with thorns on the side and translucent gel inside, and the game also calls it Aloe Vera.

Limits

• It cannot be stacked, and Louie refuses it. The wiki says it is the only item he rejects besides resources and event items.
• Most hostile entities in The Outdoors kill instantly, except Surge, so the wiki calls it mostly useless on that floor.
• Since the Halloween Spotlight event it may not register on the first use until you wait, use it again or inspect it.

An old bug

Before that event, pressing the use button repeatedly before the item disappeared applied the full healing every time, letting players heal up to 400 HP with one Aloe.
