Bloomfin Trout guide

Spring is the season for Bloomfin Trout, and Everturn Forest is where it lives. The wiki asks for Clear weather and Earthworm bait, with no time of day listed, so a bright spring day is the right moment. It is Uncommon.

The fish averages 2.2 kg, with a range from 1.8 kg to 5.5 kg. At C$119.2 per kg that gives an average of C$262.3, which ranks 460th of 742 documented fish. Its maximum weight is 537th of 663. These are middling numbers for an Uncommon, neither a bargain nor a disappointment.

Amberleaf Carp is the other Uncommon in Everturn Forest and shares its tier. As for gear, the zone sells Splitbranch Twig and Spirit Of The Forest, so you can pick up a rod on arrival.

Verdict: a pleasant filler catch for a forest session. Because it needs both Clear weather and Spring, you will only find it a fraction of the time, so do not expect to build income on it. Use it as a bonus when conditions line up, sell it for a modest sum, and put your real effort toward the rarer fish that Everturn Forest also offers.
