Jack-o-Lantern guide

Jack-o-Lantern was a FischFright 2025 catch and is not available now. It carries both the Limited and Unobtainable tags, so this entry is about what it was rather than how to get it. It appeared in Clear weather during Autumn and took Gummy Fish as bait.

The game's own line says someone carved it and threw it into the ocean for you to find, a nice joke for a Halloween event fish. As a trade of value, it sold for C$1,600 on average and gave 1,400 base XP. That puts it at 282nd of the 742 documented fish by average value, solidly in the upper half but far from the top.

The event zone also listed Baby Nessie, Eerie Relic, Frightful Relic, Ghost Minnow, Gummy Guppy and Spooky Relic in the same rarity, and sold three rods: the Bat Whisperer Rod, the Dusekkar Rod and the Jack-o-Blazer. If you own one from the event, it is a keepsake: it was worth more than the typical documented fish, but it is not one of the big prizes and nothing suggests keeping it over selling it, beyond the sentimental value of a limited seasonal item.
