Molten Ripple guide

The Molten Ripple is a round, cheerful Secret fish from Roslit Bay, with a surface that ripples with what the quote calls molten charm. Catching it takes Luminous Larva as bait, Day time, Windy weather and Summer.

This is a heavy one: 1,350 kg minimum, 2,475 kg average and up to 7,560 kg, ranking 99th of 663 fish with a documented maximum. At C$3.50 per kg, the average catch is worth C$8,662.50, 136th of the 742 documented fish by average value, and gives 6,000 base XP. The weight and the price work together here.

Roslit Bay has a long list of rods for sale: Blazebringer Rod, Magma Rod, Fortune Rod, Rapid Rod and Steady Rod. If you are building a setup for this fish, the area gives you plenty to choose from, so you can gear up on the spot.

The advice: it asks for a specific bait, wind and a summer day, so plan the session instead of hoping for it. If you can line up Luminous Larva and the right weather, a few hours should be enough to see a payout that sits well inside the top fifth of the 742 documented fish. Otherwise, wait for the season to turn.
