Pirate Turkey guide

Eyepatch, tricorn hat, peg leg: the Pirate Turkey is one of the Fischgiving 2025 event catches, and the description adds a thirst for the bait on your hook. It is a Limited fish, currently listed as obtainable, that takes Insect and works at any time of day, only in Autumn.

The payout sits in the upper tier. An average catch is worth C$20,250 and grants 11,260 base XP, which ranks it 78th of the 742 documented fish by average value. No weight range is recorded, so those numbers are what you plan around.

In the same event and rarity you will also run into Bountiful Bait Crate, Coral Turkey, Frosty Turkey, Ghost Turkey, Lost Turkey and Magma Turkey. The event sells Cornucopia Rod, which makes a natural pairing if you do not already own a rod for the zone.

For a player with limited time, the verdict is clear: this event is generous. A single catch of about C$20,250 plus over 11,000 XP beats most regular fishing, and since it is Limited, it will not be around forever. Stock up on Insect, fish through the Autumn setting while Fischgiving 2025 is live, and decide later whether to sell or keep the pirate as a collectible.
